              I brought in my 2011 Tuscon at the last...

              I brought in my 2011 Tuscon at the last minute on Saturday morning because it just wasn't running right. I felt like the wheels were turning, but just not enough power to go. I Was able to leave it and have someone look at it without an appointment. Of course, it needed some sort of service, besides the normal oil change. At first I was told nothing was wrong, and then they called back and said they found something wrong (solenoid Valve) and they ordered the part and it would be in today (7-30) I called today and it's on back order and wont be in until 8/17. The person I spoke to today said it had something to do with the transmission. No one mentioned transmission on Saturday, except for me. Anyway, he recommended I didn't "gun" it. I'm concerned because I have a trip planned next Friday and was expecting to drive my car. Is there a chance that Hardin Hyundai can provide me with a loaner car from Thursday - Sunday? I really don't want to be driving on the freeway with a chance of this part getting worse. The person helping me at the service desk was helpful, except for being given the wrong information about the status of the part ordered. There should be better communication between the parts desk and the service desk. Thank you, Sharon Fox

              WE TOOK OUR CAR IN BECAUSE THE CHECK...

              We took our car in because the check engine light was on. We found out there was an easy solution; to tighten the gas cap. We were happy that the problem was diagnosed swiftly.

              We bought a hybrid Sonata. We love the car! This is the second Sonata hybrid we buy from Hardin. They really make the car shopping experience a pleasure. We considered other mid sized cars, because we already have a Sonata Hybrid, but the thought of hassling at a dealership, and the fact that the Sonata is a great buy made our decision easy. We headed to Hardin and bought another Sonata. Our sales representative, John Kim was awesome. He had us out of the dealership with our new car in less than two hours. Great service.

              As always, I like many others are...

              As always, I like many others are apprehensive going to a new car dealership. Seems to many times you get pounced on by dealers than they kick you out the door if you are only looking. We had none of that at Hardin Hyundai. Sal greeted us when we were looking on the lot. We had settled on looking at the Sonata. He answered all our questions and then some. No high pressure, it was like talking to a good friend. We came back three more times after looking at other makes and models. The Sonata was our final choice in the color and amenities we wanted. Still no high pressure. The Richard spoke to as and again no high pressure. We came back again and made our purchase. Sal was fantastic and very helpful throughout. Thank you

              2011 Sonata purchased at Hardin. Prior and...

              2011 Sonata purchased at Hardin. Prior and continuing problems with fuel gauge sensors. Service Rep was extremely understanding,helpful and courteous with ongoing service problem. This date, after evaluation, was advised that tech would again be replacing fuel pump along with other items. Subsequently, the Shop Tech working on the car contacted me directly in the waiting area and explained that he had called Hyundai engineering directly and they had another solution to the problem that we'd try first. Apparently in a past replacement of the fuel pump, the on-board computer had not been cleared of data. They had now done this and this would hopefully solve the problem. Lengthy test drive with tech and explanation was very helpful in understanding what was being done. Super Service Rep and Tech.
