              I brought my 2012 Accent in for its 30,000 mi maintenance and oil change. Each time I bring in my car I'm always impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff in your service dept. Mario R walked me through everything that needed to be done and the cost, which I very much appreciated. I had class over at Cal State Fullerton so he even set me up with a ride there. The driver (I can't remember his name) was really nice and very professional. It's great to know I have such a dependable place to bring my car. Thanks Hardin Hyundai!

              I brought my 2012 Tucson in for the 37500 maintenance at 12 pm. It was very busy and it appeared that you were understaffed. However all went well even though I had to go to the back to find my car to leave.

              My check engine light came on for an...

              My check engine light came on for an unknown reason and I also needed the timing and drive belts replaced (already urgently recommended at a previous check-up). Garden Grove Hyundai didn't have this past Saturday available so I decided to give Hardin Hyundai another try since they had early Saturday morning available. Jason Kim was the advisor who greeted me within a minute of pulling into the service line. Right away I was impressed by his warm but professional manner. Once inside the office, we discussed what my car needed and he gave me an estimate, which was less than the quote I was given at Garden Grove. He also arranged for the shuttle at my request so I didn't have to wait around since the repair would take several hours. BTW, the shuttle driver was a really nice guy. :o) I'm glad I took the shuttle home since it took longer than expected for my car to be ready. When I came back to the dealership, Jason was busy with another customer so a different advisor (another nice guy) grabbed my paperwork and walked me to the friendly cashier dude. Keys in-hand, I headed for the exit. My advisor Jason was waiting at the door with a smile. He asked me if I had any questions. Afterwards, we shook hands and I was off with my happy little car. I am very pleased with the service I received at Hardin Hyundai.

              I called Frank Yu on Saturday afternoon...

              I called Frank Yu on Saturday afternoon and asked him if he could get me prequalified before I came down there. He did, from the time I got to the dealer I was in and out within 2 hours! I drove off in my new Hyundai Awesome thanks Frank!!!!
